Connect a MIDI keyboard

Step by step

1. 01

   Choose Oxtave → Audio Settings… (⌘,).

2. 02

   Under MIDI Inputs, switch on the MIDI keyboards and controllers you want to use.

   Oxtave opens the inputs automatically and remembers your choice.

4. 04

   Select an instrument track and play: live MIDI input plays through the selected track, and through any record-armed MIDI or instrument tracks.
